ADERAYO MATTHEW BALOGUN (B.sc, ACA):

Mr. Aderayo M. Balogun holds a Bsc degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2011) where he studied Management and Accounting. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), 2011 and also an Associate Member of Accounting Technicians Scheme of West Africa (ATSWA).

He has worked in the Audit and Tax department of reputable firms like SIAO PARTNERS, TOWOJU & CO and ABAYOMI DOSUNMU & CO firms of Chartered Accountants before joining the firm of Oluniyi Omotoso & Co Chartered Accountants.

He has hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, management consultancy and financial advisory services covering both private and public sectors of the economy.

Mr. Aderayo engages various tax and audit engagements ranging from review, analysis, and preparation of Report and Financial statement, Corporate and Individual Taxes, Advisory, Consulting, and Regulatory Services of various Companies in different sectors, which includes Resolving Tax Audit Issues, Tax Planning, Tax Due Diligence and Special Investigation Cases, Reporting Accounting, Tax Management, Payroll Outsourcing and Management, Personal Income Tax Planning and Restructuring, Advisory, to mention a few.

He lectured at accredited ICAN lecture centre like Learning Success Associates, Abeokuta and Treasure Professional Centre, Ile-ife.
