Qualifications:

Mr. Oluniyi Omotoso holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Accounting and Masters of Science (M.Sc) in Finance from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. He also holds Master in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is an expert both in Auditing and Investigation and Tax related matters.

He has involved in different assignment such Audit& Assurance, Restructuring, Due Diligence, Corporate Governance, Investigation and Reporting Accountant both in public and private sector in Nigeria. He has been in Auditing, Accountancy and Tax practice for over 13 years. He also is vast in Forensic Audit and Investigation. He currently Heads the firm’s Audit and Assurance Services unit.
