Adeyinka Olutungase

ADEYINKA OLUTUNGASE FCA, CPA, ACIT

Adeyinka is a resourceful professional with over 35 years. experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, consulting, and insurance. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1985 with a prize for the best candidate in Taxation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). A Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) of Canada, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT).

He had his professional accounting training with Deloitte (Chartered Accountants). He was the Financial Controller of Architectural Metal Products Ltd (AMP) and Chief Accountant of Femi Johnson and Co. (Insurance Brokers).

He worked with the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) from 1997 to 2006 as Deputy Director – Inspectorate.

He joined the Canada Revenue Agency – CRA (Government of Canada) as a Tax Auditor from 2008 to 2012. He was appointed by NAICOM as Chief Finance Officer and member of the Interim Management Board (IMB) of Goldlink Insurance Plc from 2012 to 2020 on his return to Nigeria.

He is currently a partner with Oluniyi Omotoso and Co (Chartered Accountants), Lagos, Nigeria.
